What is shown publicly
Approved profiles appear in the directory with name, photograph, age, education, profession and city only. Mobile numbers, email addresses, full address and family details are never displayed publicly.
Who can see your full details
Only authorised members of our team, signed in with their own account, can view complete contact and family information. Every view, edit and approval is recorded in our activity log.
Files and documents
Photographs and documents are stored in private storage. They are never publicly linked, and are served only through short-lived secure links to authorised staff.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your profile, hide it from the directory, or delete it entirely. Contact our office and we will action the request.
